Development Timeline

  • June 2006 - Issaquah School Board purchased Winterbrook Farm property for $3.33 million
  • October 2016 - Issaquah School Board entered into agreement with William Buchan Homes to purchase property for $4.16 million
  • November 22, 2016 - William Buchan Homes filed a Critical Area Designation Application with King County Department of Permitting and Environmental Review (DPER)
  • February 1, 2017 - pre-application meeting took place between DPER and William Buchan Homes. Please see notes from the meeting.
  • February 8, 2017 - initial feasibility period ended and was extended until sometime in early May 2017
  • April 4, 2017 - William Buchan Homes terminates Winterbrook Farm purchase agreement with Issaquah School District
  • April 7, 2014 - Issaquah School District Authorizes Sale of Winterbrook Farm at special meeting. Please see notes from the meeting.
